Why would I need a Virtual Assistant?

I will to send you a an end of day report which will list all the tasks that I worked on each day including issues encountered if any.

What about confidential business information?

I will have signed a confidentiality agreement, wherein I am not permitted to share or discuss work- related details to people other than the client.

What happens if there is a work interruption?

In case of work interruptions such as power outages, internet issues or family emergencies, I will send immediate notice to you and secure a fast replacement to get the work done.

How are hours recorded and tracked?

I use click up to ensure the most accurate time tracking possible. The timer will start as soon as the tasks begins and stop when the task is complete. You will get a report on total amount of hours used. You can rest assure that you will only be charged for work performed.

How do we communicate while working together?

When working with your Virtual Assistant, communication can be done in several ways. I can communicate through WhatsApp (business), through phone calls, through video calls or using emails. Documents can be exchanged by email, Dropbox or iDrive, Airtable, Sync or Cloudplan.

Congratulations!!! You just took a step ahead towards productivity. The first thing to do is to contact me via WhatsApp or Email. Thereafter, we will talk about your project, your vision and your need. After having had your need, we will fix together the date of availability and the start of the execution of the work. Finally, you will receive the terms of payment; either through Paypal or Payoneer. Your payment then mark the beginning of the execution of your work.

What are your payment terms?

Officher Virtual Assistant is a prepaid service. I will process payments for any invoices due automatically. If you’re an Enterprise client and have a corporate finance department to contend with, we’ll discuss bespoke payment terms with you directly.

Instructions

As a client I would require a full job specification and deadline if any, to be discussed in initial call. An initial 30 minute discovery call to obtain your requirements. I have a a 24 hour response window for all queries. I am a full time Virtual Assistant business and work from 8:30 – 5:00.
