1. Find a service that you need

Compare prices, portfolios, delivery time, and community recommendations in order to find a seller that best suits your needs. If you have a specific question, simply send them an enquiry.

2. Supply your brief

Be as detailed as possible so the seller can provide you with the quality service that you are expecting. Your payment is held secure until you confirm that the service is performed to your satisfaction.

3. Manage transaction

Exchange files and feedback with the seller via the built-in conversation and transaction management system. The seller will deliver service within a specified time frame.

4. Approve service delivered

Once you are happy with the service performed, you can mark the transaction complete, and we’ll make sure that the seller gets paid. Help the community by leaving a feedback for the seller.

1. Create your Profile

First, you will need to create your seller profile. Your profile is how you present yourself to the community. You are encouraged to present yourself in a professional manner.

2. Post your service

Post a job in accordance with you skills. Your Job is the service that you sell on Quick Jo. Creating your Job is an opportunity to show off your talent and provide buyers with all the information they need to help them decide to do business with you.To list your job, simply go to job by clicking on the top right corner of your profile and click on post “new”.You can list as many jobs as you like. Ad images or videos to support your listing. There’s also an option to add extras.

3. Communicate promptly

Respond to customer enquiries, as well as requests for custom offers, within a reasonable time. Good communication is a prerequisite for successful cooperation.

4. Getting Paid

Everything is done via Quick Jo.  Once you’ve submitted the job and client has approved, your funds will be released in to your Quick Jo account.  you may only withdraw if you have a minimum of R200 available. This will be transferred to your South African Bank account following a 14 day clearance.

5. Build your reputation

Make sure you treat all of your customers the same, and try to provide the best possible service regardless of the transaction value. Satisfied customers will recommend you to their friends.
